Terms of Use

Reachy finds job postings, drafts tailored cover letters, identifies people at those companies, and writes outreach emails that you review and send from your own Gmail account. It is a drafting and research assistant. It does not guarantee interviews, replies, or accuracy.

Every message Reachy sends is sent from your mailbox, signed as you, and is your responsibility. New accounts start in review mode, where nothing sends until you have read it. Unsupervised sending is opt-in, unlocks only after you have manually approved several messages, and stays capped at a daily send limit. You agree to read the drafts you approve, to only contact people about genuine job interest, and never to use Reachy for bulk marketing, spam, harassment, or anything unlawful.

Reachy uses Apollo.io for contact data, and a third-party scraping service to collect job postings and public LinkedIn profile information.

• LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits scraping its site and the use of automated tools against it. Collecting LinkedIn data through a scraper — including through a service like Apify — may breach that agreement, and LinkedIn has previously restricted or banned accounts and pursued legal action against scrapers. This is a real, not theoretical, risk.
• LinkedIn data used by Reachy is gathered server-side and is not tied to your personal LinkedIn login, but you should understand and accept this risk before relying on the LinkedIn-sourced parts of the product.
• Contact data from Apollo can be out of date. Reachy flags contacts whose employer it could not verify, but you must sanity-check a person's company and title before emailing them.
• You are responsible for complying with the anti-spam laws that apply to you (for example CAN-SPAM in the US, GDPR and PECR in Europe, CASL in Canada) when you send outreach.

Every outreach email includes an opt-out link, and Reachy also honours plain replies such as "no thanks" or "please stop". Opt-outs are global and permanent across all Reachy users. You may not remove, disable, or work around the opt-out mechanism.

Cover letters, matches, and outreach drafts are produced by an AI model and can be wrong, generic, or subtly inaccurate. Reachy runs automated quality checks for invented claims, leftover placeholders, and mismatched company names, and holds flagged drafts for review — but these checks are not exhaustive. You are the final editor.

Reachy is provided "as is", without warranties, and may change or be unavailable at times. We may suspend accounts that send abusive outreach or bypass the safeguards described here. You can stop using Reachy and request deletion of your data at any time.
